Welcome to Grand Prairie Motel

Situated at 2325 E Main St in Grand Prairie, TX, the Grand Prairie Motel offers travelers an affordable and comfortable stay. With a modest rating of 3.3, it may not boast the latest modern upgrades, but its charm lies in simplicity and sincere hospitality.

The motel is run by a dedicated couple whose attentiveness and kindness create a welcoming atmosphere. Guests often note their responsiveness and genuine care, making the motel feel more like a home away from home rather than just a place to rest. Cleanliness is a standout feature here; rooms are consistently well-maintained, and concerns such as bed bugs are notably absent.

Guests appreciate the reasonable pricing, with rates around $47 per night and a unique key-and-remote deposit system that returns $5 upon checkout. While not lavish, the rooms include practical amenities such as air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, and kitchens, providing both convenience and comfort. The addition of thoughtful details, like dimmable lighting over the headboard, speaks to the motel’s efforts at enhancing guest experience despite its simple offerings.

However, some practical considerations remain: visitors suggest bringing their own bedding and cleaning supplies for added comfort, and parking can sometimes be challenging. The absence of amenities such as a restaurant, pool, or fitness center keeps the focus on providing clean, quiet rooms suited for rest and relaxation rather than luxury.

Located in an area suited for sightseeing and recreation, this motel makes for a practical choice for visitors needing a reliable base to explore Grand Prairie and its surroundings. Its pet-friendly policy extends convenience for travelers accompanied by furry companions.

In essence, the Grand Prairie Motel may not be a high-end destination, but its honest, friendly service combined with clean, affordable lodging embodies the heart of budget-conscious travel. For those who appreciate authentic hospitality and functional amenities without unnecessary frills, this motel holds a quiet charm that invites return visits.

I have stayed here several times.. Its not too bad at all for the price especially when you're in a pinch.. $47 a night with $5 coming back when u turn in your key and remote. FYI Check in is at 3pm and they fill up pretty quick.. They have upgraded the lighting with a dimmer switch over the headboard which is very convenient when Im too tired to turn off the lights. Every time I've ever visited has been fairly quiet maybe a little argument in the next room or grown people enjoying what grown people do. The lady at the window was very sweet and they have their property under control as far as visitors and loitering. Even a few years ago when the room was no more than $40 ($35) this spot was still worth the 2 $20s I spent plus the 5 dollar bill back

This hotel may not be the most updated hotel but the couple who runs it is very kind, very dedicated to answering any need, very observant on if anyone messes with a car. It's affordable, the rooms are clean, no bed bugs, and your showers never go cold, I consider this place a home away from home.I appreciate your kindness here and most definitely recommend this place to stay at.the only downfall is you can not stay longer than 11a and you cannot recheck back in until after 3p. It can be a inconvenience but I'm getting used to it.

It's a good place for the price and if you need a place to get out of the heat or rain. The only thing is to bring your own bedsheets if you can and cleaning supplies. The lady who works in the check-in is very nice. The parking can also be a pain in the butt.
